What are Privileged Services?

Qudaratech’s Privileged Services is an IT support services plan to provide customers with the best, seamless, fast and efficient IT support whenever they need it.

We are service orientated and strive to provide our customers with the best IT Support experience.

How can I sign up with a Plan?

Please provide us with your name, contact number, company name, and the desired plan, and our business representative will give you a call within 2 working days.

Do I need to pay when I sign up?

No. There is no payment required when signing up for our services. We will bill you an invoice every month for payment.

Can I switch between the plans?

Yes, you can!. But you have to complete the minimum 3 months contract before switching to other plans.

Do you support overseas customers?

Yes, we do support customers from anywhere. Do note that onsite services are only available in Singapore. However, we do provide Adhoc onsite services to Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Japan, and Australia.

Who should I talk to if I have concerns?

Every customer is assigned to a Quadratech Business Representative, who will be your primary contact for any matters.

Are there any hidden charges?

No, we don’t like hidden costs, just like you.
